Acceptance of Terms/Changes.  By accessing this page and/or making an online donation, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.  AOTR may change this policy at any time by updating this page, so you should check the page periodically.  Your continued use of the website after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated privacy policy.

We may ask you to provide your name, address, email address, telephone number, and payment information (if you are making an online donation).   Please note that donations may also be made offline as described on the donation tab on the site.The site may also collect your IP address, browser type/version and data about your site visit, including the date, time and duration of your visit, and the pages visited.  We may use third parties to analyze this data to help us improve the site.  We also use cookies and similar technology to improve the user experience on the site.  Your browser may provide options about accepting or disabling cookies.

Use of Information.  We use information to respond to your communications, process your donations/child sponsorships, provide updates to you about AOTR and/or your sponsored child(ren), protect and improve the AOTR programs and this site, comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service Providers.  We may use third party companies and individuals to perform certain services relating to AOTR and/or this site.  Those third parties may have access to your information in order to provide their services, but they are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing purposes.  Our credit card payment processor, REACH, will have access to your information in order to process your online donations.  Any questions about REACH and/or their use of your information should be directed to [email protected]

Children. This site is intended for use by persons 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.  If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we may delete that information.
